Temptin

Temptin

A grass fed cow’s milk cheese brushed with wheat beer from the oldest family owned brewery of Germany - founded in 1447 and located in mountain region of the Allgäu.
Temptin is named after the town of Kempten, which is known as the gateway to the Allgäu, Germany’s pristine mountain region. Of course it is also oh so tempting!
Temptin is flavorful and creamy, complimented by the yeasty aroma from the wheat beer. Traditional cheese making and beermaking harmonize beautifully.
Wonderful as a snack with wholegrain breads and charcuterie, melted on onion soup, or used in quiche, over potatoes, cubed in a salad, on Ruben or Turkey sandwich.
Temptin goes well with a Märzen or Lager, Gewürztraminer or Merlot, or a refreshing sparkling glass of water.
