Fond O' Cheese
A perfect harmony between mountain farmed milk and fruity apple cider - handmade in the pristine Allgäu Mountains. During maturing it is carefully brushed with apple cider from orchards around the lush Lake Constance region, where the River Rhine flows through. Beautiful handpicked apples including the Renette variety are used to make our apple cider. Rhinette is creamy and smooth with the refreshing, fruity fragrance of fresh apples. A pleasant, quite different addition to the typical powerful aroma of other washed rind cheeses.
